NALS OF JACKSON COUNTY

I don’t know about you, but I am sick and tired of all this cold and snow. I am ready for SPRING. Despite the weather, NALS of Jackson County has been very busy. We had a successful exhibitor’s luncheon in December. Our January meeting was held in conjunction with the Jackson County Bar Association. Hopefully, we can do that more often. It was nice to meet some of the newer attorneys. February’s meeting will be on Human Trafficking.

Nominations have been made and accepted. However, it is still not too late to consider being a part of the Board. If you are interested or know someone that is, please come to the March meeting because nominations can be made from the floor that night. Remember, the more you give to an organization, the more you get out of it.

Congratulations to Cierra Howard on her new position. You will be missed at our monthly noon meetings, but hopefully you will be able to join us for the evening meetings. Best of luck in your new position. You will do great.
